We provide speciality design services for quality organisations. Our ideas evolve through a process we define as prototyping, always specific to the respective brief, and never once slaved by style or ideology. We trust our skills, combined with expertise from all over the world give us adequate breadth and depth to deliver the most challenging projects. To date we have been fortunate to have worked on the Singapore National Library with Dato' Dr. Ken Yeang, the KL-LinearCity Project, the KLIA VVIP Lounge, the Biopolis Facade Project [Singapore], Hotel Capitol and the more recent avenue K project in Kuala Lumpur.

We have been established for over 10 years having seen design collaboration with the late Dr. Lei FU of ERCO China, minimalist Kengo KUMA of Japan, Green Architect Dato Dr Ken YEANG of TRHY Malaysia, Mr. Christian LIAIGRE of Paris, Ms Anne MILITELLO of Vortexlite Los Angeles, Mr. Yasumichi MORITA of Glamourous Ltd Japan, Ms Anne Li KOH of Perception Design and WDA of Hongkong, Martin FRANCIS of Francis Design [UK and Antibes], the late Tony FTIZPATRICK of Ove Arup, Ms. Jane LOW of Surbana International of Singapore, Lighting consultant extraordinaire Mr DJ GHOSE, sculptor and landscape architect Colin OKASHIMO of CKOA [Singapore] and the most recent world class lighting company Zhongtai Holdings of China.

For Kenny Heights, Huat LIM has brought about the participation of Fosters and Partners and Zaha Hadid to contribute to physical manifestations of up to 6 parcels of boutique development.

Our most recent work, Kenanga and Point92 both are iconic structures, delineating what we deem to be buildings which are sustainable, and responsive ot their ecological, demographic and social contexts.
