Kenny Heights

medium_1082.concept_model01.jpgThis is a parcel within a masterplan, located in Kuala Lumpur. Kenny Heights is carved out of the land, and the retail link here is remarkably a simple envelope, with a small incision on the roof, to let daylight in deeper into the plan of this development. Arguably very different from anything else seen for a retail project, this link will prove to be very edgy and yet accessible for this new suburbia community.

Saigon

The 3 towers of the development, part of Saigon Pearl Project, sit atop a retail podium, centred around a forested courtyard. Both residential towers command premium views of river. The office tower have access from both the retail podium as well as the pedestrian walk carved out from the ground level. The residential towers share a common sky lounge deck with poolside facilities on level 5. Tower floor plates are conceived as fragmented or chiselled parts off a larger prismatic whole of the retail podium. The central core of the Office tower allows options for a Hotel layout in the future, permitting maximum numbers of rooms on the perimeter.
