Hotel Capitol

medium_100.topblue.jpgOne of our earliest project Hotel Capitol is a boutique business class hotel centrally located in Kuala Lumpur CBD area. It has always enjoyed minimum of 70% occupancy ever since its grand opening in 2001.

Unique doorless walk-in extra large bathrooms with full-sized windows and views into the city centre and the bedroom! Glass facade lobby is directly accessible through Jalan Bulan Satu, a street serving KL's busy retail centres and tourist belt. The Hotel Capitol was designed and built under 2 years, and has stood the 10 year test on timeless design.

Red Silhoutte

Approach to the mezzanine floor. White walls to stair sides and polished granite steps form the entry statement. Concealed light to steps under wall cladding.

Bebe's Blacks

medium_100.bebe_s_black.jpgHotel Capitol's Bebe's Kitchen with newly appointed interior. Deep red granite floor and furniture in blacks add contrast and style to dining rooms. This design is now over 10 years old, still looking great and fresh, with minor upgrading works to the furniture. Lifts open directly to dining rooms, an absolute minimal design, pure and simple.

Behind the scenes

Capitol Hotel sits behind KL's largest retail Centre. It has 264 rooms including 6 designer penthouses and presidential suites, all custom design. Started out as a simple business class hotel, today it is regarded as one of KL's most elegant hotel, preferred for sheer simplicity of design and no-frills facilities.

Mezzanine Dine

View of Hotel Capitol's recently upgraded all-day dining rooms, located on the mezzanine level. A very informal yet elegant and minimalist detail. Black table tops contrast with creamy white chairs sit atop deep red granite floor.

Terraced Cafe on the ground floor of the Hotel Capitol connects to the busy China town district of Kuala Lumpur. Local palms and bamboo blinds adorn the very warm atmosphere of the interior of this lively outlet.

Hotel Capitol main feature is a fully glazed clear and frosted glass 7m high lobby, glass canopy and fenestration in dark toned hardwood cladding columns. Black granite door frames. Restaurant with corner window view into city centre of Kuala Lumpur's busy China Town.
